Identity > motivation

Hey Reader,

Every night, there is a girl dancing on the rooftop of the building across from mine.

Same time. Same place. Same outfit.

No spotlight. No crowd. Just her, moving with everything she’s got.

At first I thought it was random.

But after 1 week, 2 weeks, one month, I realized… she’s there every single night!!!

And that’s when it hit me: this isn’t practice anymore.

This is her life.

This is her identity.

See, the people who actually make it in their craft?

They don’t wait for motivation to strike. They don’t just show up when it’s convenient.

They build routines so deep, so steady, that showing up becomes who they are.

That’s the difference between dabbling and mastery. Between trying and becoming. Between “someday” and now.

Because when your commitment becomes your identity… consistency is automatic. Growth is inevitable.

Results? Just a byproduct.

So ask yourself — what would it look like if your music, your business, your dream wasn’t just a side thing but part of your DNA?

What would your life look like then?

I’ll let you ponder on this one for this week.

But for me, I call it my “non-negotiable”.

The things that I have to do every single day - otherwise, it’s not me controlling my life but others (social media, family, friends, bosses…) that do.

Keep learning,

Aurelie 🚀

Hey Reader, I want to share one of my favourite transformations from inside MusiCreator because it shows exactly what’s possible when you finally stop guessing and start following the right plan. His name is Rya. When he joined MusiCreator, he was making around $800/month from his music. Not nothing… but nowhere near enough to quit his job or feel in control of his income. It was very inconsistent and he felt overwhelmed, trying to juggle everything. He told me this on our first call: “I’m...

Hey Reader, If you joined the workshop this weekend (or watched the replay), then you already know the real reason most music creators don’t make money: They post content for other producers… not for actual customers or clients. You might be active, yet you’re still invisible. You might be consistent, yet you’re still not converting. So today, I want to go deeper by giving you 5 specific posts that my students use to get actual inquiries, clients, and sales. THE 5 POSTS TO GET SALES THIS WEEK...

Hey Reader, I was talking to a producer yesterday who told me, “I feel like I’m doing everything… and still barely making anything.” And honestly? I get it. Most producers think monetization is about making more music or posting more content… when in reality, the biggest leaks are happening quietly in the background. Like… the stuff nobody talks about. The stuff that doesn’t look sexy on Instagram. The stuff that could be earning you money today, not “one day.” So let me give you a few of my...
