❌ What Music Creators Don't Tell You About Mental Health

Being a music producer on YouTube is not as "glorious" or "easy" as it might look...

• ⚖️ Work/life balance is pretty much inexistent at the beginning
• 💔 Your music becomes your job so you can easily lose your passion for it
• 😥 It is extremely lonely
• 💸 You are always afraid to not have enough money at the end of the month

That being said, I LOVE my job abd I would never go back!

But all these "surprises" opened up a whole new world of mental health struggles that I didn't necessarily expect when going full-time.

The reason being that most people don't talk about those kind of vulnerable topics.

But not me!

So this is why this week, I am sharing my MusiCreator student's newest video where I opened up about the mental health struggles of full-time music producers and creators.

What is interesting is that Jon has a background in psychology and sports psychology.

So during our chat, he helped me worked through some of those issues and workshop some solutions that you might find helpful for your own situation.

As part of my personal recovery, I got into running. I love it!

But I needed motivation, so I searched for a running playlist on Spotify.

In the playlist, I found this song "Remember" by Becky Hill & David Guetta. Instant "on repeat" mode!!!
