Before I burned out at the end of 2023, showing up was never the problem.

Sales call? Done. Camera on? No hesitation. Email to send? Sent.

Discipline was my default. Action was automatic.

But then...

I burned out and everything changed 🥵

Suddenly, I had feelings about everything.
