Meet Rya!

Rya is a R&B music producer with a YouTube Channel from the UK.

He joined my mentorship program back in December 2024 in order to grow his income as a music creator.

At the time, Rya was averaging £861/month.

Pretty good, but not enough to make a living from it.

When we started to work together, we analyzed his music business and identified a few issues:

1. He had too many "offers"​
   → Sample & preset packs, beats, royalties, Patreon, merch, skillshare, affiliation, Skool community, courses....
   ​
   He was trying to juggle way too many things at once so as a result, nothing was taking and his audience was confused.
   ​
2. He was focusing on low-ticket products​
   → Most of his efforts were put towards selling his sample & preset packs or his Skool community - which are all products under $100. Which means that he needed to sell a lot of units to make a decent income!
   ​
   So I guided him towards shifting focus to bigger offers - like sponsorships with top music brands.
   ​
   Just a few weeks into the program, he signed a 6-months deal with a brand for $400 USD per month.
   ​
   That's a $2,400 USD contract!!!
   ​
3. His offers weren't compelling​
   → His samples, preset packs and community are great products! But the landing page, copy and offer weren't compelling enough to convert viewers into customers and students.
   ​
   I gave him my personal offer worksheet, we worked on it together and re-launched both offers.
   ​
   He is now making sales every other day, welcoming new students to his community every week!

By taking a few decisions, prioritizing a few offers, and revamping his websites, landing pages, and adding mid-ticket offers...

He DOUBLED his income!

👉🏻 In January he made £1,908.96 and in February he made £1,773.39.
