Why nobody trusts you yet (and how to fix it)

It’s because people don’t trust them yet.

Here’s the thing that the music industry doesn’t want you to know…

Trust isn’t built by being talented.

It’s built by showing proof. Social proof, to be exact.

And there are 4 levels to get social proof, yet most of you only ever use one (if any).

  1. Borrowed Authority → Reference a famous name your audience already trusts, and that trust transfers to you.
  2. Personal Achievements & Credits → Your own wins, numbers, and placements - yes, even the small ones count.
  3. Testimonials & Reviews → What your clients say about you, written or video works even better!
  4. Case Studies → The full before-and-after story that does more heavy lifting than anything else. You can see an example of my own Case Studies here.

Each level does something different in the mind of your potential client but each one removes a specific fear or objection in buying your music services or products.

And when you stack them? The “I’m not sure…” becomes “where do I sign?” 😉

That’s when you’ll start to land more and more music clients!
